About the Role
Drive revenue growth and support aligned sales teams as the product specialist, assisting in the sale of complex products, services, and solutions tailored to customers’ needs. This senior-level sales representative role requires an advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services, managing large, complex sales with light supervision and responsible for higher-than-average sales quota or territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter product expertise and suitability for customer solutions.
- Consult with sales teams and customers to design and customize products, services, and solutions.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and bids, including pricing for highly complex solutions.
- Develop and execute advanced sales strategies and strategic plans to stay competitive in the market.
- Oversee the sales process as product specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- Current sales experience within the past 2 years.
- 8+ years of related sales experience.
- Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field.
- When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

- $89,600 - $134,400
- $89,600.00 - $150,500.00 + commission $70,000
