About the Role
Coordinate the rollout of compliance requirements across eBay’s EU platforms, ensuring new regulatory obligations are implemented correctly and on time. Work closely with Legal, Product, Policy, and Business teams to align on requirements and ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities
- Track compliance-related product features, actions, and deadlines.
- Consolidate requirements into clear deliverables for Product and monitor their execution.
- Prepare regular status updates and escalate potential risks or misalignments early.
- Support reporting and documentation for broader regulatory initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and propose simple improvements to enhance cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in project or program coordination, preferably in a tech, regulatory, or consulting environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Interest or background in environmental or product compliance is a plus.
- Comfortable using standard PM and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel).
- Fluent in English (business level); other EU languages are a plus.
