About the Role

You will own Banking Experience, focusing on customer accounts and the interfaces through which they interact with them, including the API and dashboard. Your domain will span accounts, API, dashboard, IAM, and the end-to-end customer experience, aiming to create effortless account setup, an enjoyable API integration, and a fast, precise dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Own the Banking Experience team's roadmap, ways of working, and decision-making.
• Establish relationships with customers to understand their account setup and usage, identifying areas for improvement.
• Define and ship projects to enhance accounts, API, and dashboard functionalities.
• Unblock engineering teams and make prioritization decisions to maintain roadmap progress.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team and overall product strategy.
• Work with design and engineering to develop the platform based on customer use cases.
• Operate with full autonomy on your team's roadmap.
• Leverage AI to push the boundaries of product management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience end-to-end owning and building banking, fintech, or developer platform products.
• Technical proficiency to engage in architectural discussions with engineers, including API design.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, including pitching and demoing.
• Ability to combine first-principles thinking with deep domain knowledge to build novel solutions.
• Confidence in delivering company-critical projects with an engineering team.
