About the Role
Join a team where your attention to detail drives safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Enterprise Mobility operates one of the UK’s most diverse and dynamic vehicle fleets, and you will be part of the Flex-E-Rent team at the West London Depot in Iver.
Responsibilities
- Audit check-in and damage inspections of vehicles arriving at the depot
- Inspect vehicles and ancillary equipment (e.g., tail lifts)
- Report faults or damage to management for workshop review
- Conduct spot checks to ensure high standards for vehicles going on hire
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle status
- Ensure outgoing vehicles match requested specifications
- Support operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references)
- Cannot offer sponsorship for this role as it does not appear on the Home Office list of RQF Level 6 roles approved for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker system.
