About the Role
Seeking a working student (m/f/d) for 20 hours/week to support an engineering project with administrative and organizational tasks. This position can be based in Berlin, Frankfurt, or Ratingen near Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Request and obtain project-relevant documents from internal and external contacts.
- Collect, review, and systematically file documents.
- Sort and categorize documents according to defined criteria.
- Track and continuously update processing statuses.
- Assist with general administrative project organization.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university or college.
- Studies in hospitality or engineering are advantageous but not mandatory.
- No specific prior knowledge required.
- Structured, careful, and independent work style.
- Reliability and good organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Good German language skills (written and spoken).
- English language skills are advantageous.
