About the Role
This role sits within the International Strategy and Delivery team, focusing on strategic oversight and central services. You will coordinate the work of other international teams, contributing to the FCA's objectives and strategy through international engagement.
Responsibilities
- Line management and active mentoring of junior team members.
- Lead the development and implementation of international delivery and relationship management plans.
- Oversee the development and delivery of improved management information reporting tools.
- Provide high-quality secretariat support to the FCA International Steering Committee.
- Oversee and coordinate high-quality briefings for FCA leadership.
- Oversee the internal and external communications strategy for international work.
- Lead the delivery of International programmes, including Technical Assistance and data/technology projects.
Requirements
- Proven management capabilities or leadership skills.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating and delivering cross-cutting projects.
- Prior international engagement and/or financial services experience.
- Demonstrable organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience implementing initiatives to improve services for internal teams.
- Collaborative approach and ability to deliver with and through others.
- Clear and confident communication style, both in person and in writing.
- Confidence in working with senior leadership.
- Flexibility and ability to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Experience implementing project management frameworks for performance monitoring.
- SC Clearance is required or will be obtained.

Salary/Compensations
- National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £60,700 to £80,000 per annum
- London ranging from £66,600 to £88,000 per annum
