About the Role
The Orthopedics Division is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of the "100-year life" era with medical devices and therapeutic materials in the field of orthopedics. This role involves promoting the safety and efficacy of internal fixation implants (trauma and artificial joint products) used in surgical procedures and conducting solution-oriented sales to address patient challenges. We support each patient in regaining their "own life" without enduring pain from illness or injury.
Responsibilities
- Sales activities for internal fixation implants used in orthopedic diseases.
- Provide information for the safe and appropriate use of company products, creating an environment for high-quality surgery with healthcare professionals.
- Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and create value through product proposals.
- Manage a designated territory/hospitals to maximize sales of company products.
- Become a professional in medical devices and a partner to physicians who are experts in diseases and treatments, building trust to drive sales.
- Introduce products to physicians, provide information, discuss surgeries, attend surgeries, and manage the appropriate use of products.
- Support surgeries by guiding nurses on instrument assembly and instructing physicians on correct instrument usage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a track record of significant achievements.
- Basic knowledge of the medical industry, such as nursing, is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required for roles involving driving company vehicles, or the ability to obtain one before employment.
- Candidates must disclose any conditions that may prevent obtaining or renewing a driver's license due to specific health issues as per the Road Traffic Act.
