About the Role
Working as a Technical Onboarding Support Executive, you will assist in launching top brands onto our Network by providing high-level technical support during the integration process. This fast-paced role involves liaising with client marketing and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of our tracking technology, meeting campaign specifications. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical integration support during network launches.
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to clients.
- Identify and resolve errors in client setups, offering solutions.
- Negotiate and address client setups that do not meet team targets.
- Contribute to monthly Integration Team targets, incentivized on over-performance.
- Review and technically sign off on team members' work.
- Report and escalate technical issues or bugs.
- Administer internal and external knowledge bases.
- Provide high-level training to internal colleagues.
- Test new developments and features.
Requirements
- Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP.
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their usage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in customer service and relationship building.
- Strives to continually improve productivity and quality of work.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Understands the importance of processes and procedures.
