About the Role
As a Working Student in Sales Support, you will focus on CRM data management, lead management, reporting, and creating dashboards for sales control. You will gain insights into growth areas like e-mobility and renewable energies, working closely with sales, business development, sales support, and process management. This role specifically supports CRM-based lead processing, data quality, and the visualization of sales-relevant KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and ensure the quality of CRM data.
- Support lead and opportunity management.
- Review and clean datasets.
- Assist with CRM testing, adjustments, and process improvements.
- Create user documentation and process descriptions.
- Support the capture and qualification of leads.
- Research and supplement missing customer and location information.
- Maintain lead status and activities in CRM.
- Prepare evaluations for the lead pipeline.
- Create and further develop CRM dashboards.
- Prepare sales-relevant key figures.
- Analyze sales, lead, and project key figures.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as contract finalization and the signature process.
- Prepare customer and project information.
- Participate in process optimization and automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field of study.
- Interest in sales, business development, and data-driven processes.
- First experiences with CRM systems, Power BI, or comparable tools are advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Affinity for data analysis and reporting.
- Structured and meticulous way of working.
