About the Role
Caradisiac is seeking a Product Manager to lead the transformation of its platform during a period of site redesign and evolution. You will work in an impact-driven, data-oriented, and experimental product environment, focusing on growth, user experience, and business performance. Collaborating with Tech, Design, QA, and Data teams, you will build simple, high-performing, user-centric experiences for a high-visibility, high-traffic product.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign of the Caradisiac product, covering both the front-end (for visitors) and back-office (for journalists).
- Conduct discovery phases to identify user needs (visitors and journalists) and inform the product vision.
- Participate in defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap.
- Co-build and deploy the product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage product initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, QA, Data, and Design teams to ensure project progress.
- Work in a triad with a Tech Lead and a Product Designer using a user-centric approach.
- Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of product and business KPIs.
- Write EPICs, User Stories, and functional specifications.
- Ensure regular communication with stakeholders regarding roadmap and redesign progress.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in Media/Publisher sector, ideally with a redesign project.
- Adoption of a Product-Led Growth and business impact approach.
- Proficiency in product discovery, user needs analysis, and user-centric methodologies.
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to define relevant success metrics.
- Analytical mindset and strong synthesis skills.
- Solution-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- English proficiency is a plus.
