About the Role

We are seeking experienced Auto Collision Location Managers to join the Chilton Auto Body team in the San Francisco Bay Area and Marin areas. The Location Manager will oversee the safety, productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, insurance compliance, and appearance of the shop location.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production to ensure estimated completion dates (ECDs) are met.
  • Oversee quality control and meet or exceed insurance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Review estimates and supplements for compliance with insurance guidelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain building and equipment, including licensing, permits, and safety protocols.
  • Manage full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities, including revenue, margin, and overhead targets.
  • Coach and mentor technicians and estimators on safety, performance, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Utilize CCC1 platforms for estimating and management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in the auto body collision repair industry is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.
  • Knowledge of vehicle blueprinting.
  • Ability to create, implement, and manage quality repair plans, including ECDs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
  • Ability to build and lead teams to achieve location goals and targets.
  • Experience in performance management to foster career paths and professional growth.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills with teammates, customers, and business partners.
  • CCC One experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Willingness and ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
