About the Role

The S3 HR and Management Line supports the development of Tencent's organization, talent, and culture through productized services and marketized management, enabling employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Support organization and company culture events, including team building, culture day, and all-hands meetings.
• Build rapport, engage, and sustain good relationships with stakeholders.
• Investigate employee learning and wellness programs to enhance the culture and happiness of the Amsterdam office.
• Act as an employee life-cycle champion, investigating pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR documentation, and HR-related letters.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks in collaboration with the Office Manager.
• Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects.

Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships is a strong plus.
• Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs, and content generation for employee engagement activities.
• Proactive, energetic, and vibrant personality to engage with businesses.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and follow up on actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
