About the Role
As part of our HR Technology team within People Consulting, you will advise clients nationwide on all aspects of digital transformation of HR processes. You will be involved in innovative projects, shaping the HR future of our clients, and implementing HR technology solutions from strategy to transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design the HR future of our clients as part of our HR Technology team at one of our locations in Germany.
- Advise national and internationally active companies on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Payroll and Time Management.
- Work on the complete realization of innovative HR technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap to HR transformation.
- Independently manage and lead project teams, fostering team member motivation.
- Undertake go-to-market activities and actively manage clients in the SAP HR environment.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting and project execution, specifically in Payroll and Time Management.
- Proficiency in implementing SAP EC Payroll and Time Tracking solutions.
- Empathic personality with clear goals and high customer orientation.
- Analytical skills and a precise way of working.
- Sound knowledge in project management and team management.
- Oral and written communication skills in German and English at C1 level.
