About the Role
We are seeking a People and Workplace Specialist to provide high-quality people advisory and operational support, contributing to both employee experience and effective business operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and promoting consistent people practices across the Group. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK employees and managers, providing guidance and support on people-related matters, policies, employment practices, and employee relations.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, occupational health and safety activities, and other employee-related compliance requirements in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve career development frameworks, talent development initiatives, and employee engagement programmes that support employee growth and overall employee experience.
- Assist with UK entity administration, corporate governance processes, compliance activities, and operational support for the sales and corporate services functions.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events, including registrations, logistics, travel arrangements, supplier coordination, and attendee management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in people operations, workplace management, or a similar role, preferably in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and international environments.
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices, with experience supporting managers and employees on people-related matters and providing general administrative support.
- Experience in designing and implementing career development, talent development, employee engagement, or organisational development initiatives is an advantage.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and effectively collaborate with employees, managers, and leadership across multiple locations.
