About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Partner Project Manager to join our Partner Management team. This role supports the delivery of large-scale, complex, and long-term events and partnerships, working closely with a Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to bring high-impact experiences to life from contract signing to post-launch optimization and partner support. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity and ambiguity, takes initiative, brings structure, learns quickly, and has a meticulous eye for detail, working independently, communicating confidently with external stakeholders, and proactively solving problems.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity projects, including major partnership wins across sports, permanent attractions, and other verticals.
Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders (product, ops, legal, etc.) and external partners.
Communicate technical and operational needs clearly to Fever’s internal teams and develop an implementation plan.
Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain accurate project documentation, track requirements, and process guidelines to support operational readiness and user support.
Manage and own events independently as you grow within the organization.
Attend site visits or launches where necessary, representing the team confidently.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting, preferably in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for structure and precision in execution.
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities.
Excellent communicator, especially with external partners.
Highly organized, reliable, and accountable.
Fluency in English is required.
Event experience is a plus, but not essential.
Experience using tools like Notion, Asana, or Airtable is a bonus.
