About the Role
We are seeking experienced Decorators to join our team for kitchen and bathroom renewal projects in social housing across South-West and West London. This role offers consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential for self-employed tradespeople.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works
- Applying first and second coats to achieve a high-quality finish
- Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring
- Protecting furniture and surrounding areas at all times, as properties are fully furnished
- Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site rules
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties
Requirements
- CSCS card
- Experience in domestic/similar work
- Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
- Good conversational English
- Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- DBS Check Required: Yes
