About the Role

Gastico Berlin is the exclusive caterer at the Bertelsmann Group Representation Unter den Linden 1 in Berlin. We are seeking a Supervisor for our team in a full-time capacity, working flexible hours from Monday to Sunday. You will be based in a prestigious Berlin location, managing a variety of events from intimate meetings to large-scale functions for up to 1,000 guests, regularly hosting prominent figures from business, politics, media, and culture.

Responsibilities

Conducting events, including preparation and follow-up.
Welcoming and attending to our high-caliber guest clientele during events.
Ensuring timely mise en place.
Guiding, leading, and motivating external service staff.
Leading independent meetings.
Ensuring smooth service operations.
Organizing warehouse inventory, receiving goods, and inspection.
Possessing thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
