About the Role

As a cosmetician, you will be the expert for radiant skin and the heart of our cosmetics department. You will empathetically accompany our clients on their personal skin journey and ensure that they feel safe, completely comfortable, and exclusively cared for during every treatment from the very first moment.

Responsibilities

• Application of modern device and laser technologies with HydraFacial MD® and LaseMD for skin rejuvenation, deep cleansing, regeneration, and more.
• Performance of high-quality cosmetic treatments like Signature Facials (e.g., Visage Drainage & Mama's Glow).
• Analysis of skin conditions and personal consultation on individual care routines.
• Preparation and aftercare of treatment rooms and maintenance of instruments.
• Documentation of treatment procedures.
• Co-creation of modern cosmetic and care concepts based on current scientific findings.

Requirements

• Completed training as a cosmetician.
• Experience with modern cosmetic devices; knowledge in the area of lasers is a plus, but not a must.
• Passion for skincare, technology & individual consultation.
• Enjoyment of working with people and a trained eye for aesthetics.
• Empathy, tact & a professional demeanor.
• Enjoyment of teamwork, initiative & a well-groomed, stylish appearance.
