About the Role
As a Measurement & Effectiveness Specialist within the marketing function, you will transform data into meaningful stories to guide marketing investments, improvements, and growth. You will connect customer, brand, and performance insights across the full funnel, helping teams understand what is working and what is not. Your role involves clarifying complex data and enhancing marketing effectiveness through informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain performance metrics across customer, brand, and market, ensuring consistent tracking and clear visibility of outcomes through regular reporting cycles.
- Analyze marketing funnel performance, identifying trends in demand, conversion, and engagement to support ongoing optimization of activity and investment.
- Translate complex data into clear insights, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities to support confident decision-making for stakeholders.
- Support the development of ROI frameworks, linking marketing activity to commercial outcomes and strengthening investment decision-making.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into cohesive performance narratives that provide a clear view across customer, brand, and market outcomes.
- Identify performance gaps and emerging trends, proactively highlighting risks and recommending actions to improve effectiveness.
- Enhance measurement frameworks and reporting processes, driving greater clarity, efficiency, and impact of marketing insights.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or performance reporting with a strong data mindset.
- Strong data visualization expertise.
- Confidence working with data tools (e.g., Tableau, EDH, Python).
- Ability to transform data into meaningful insights.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and their connection to business performance.
- Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights clearly to different audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and analysis.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with marketing, finance, and stakeholder teams.
