We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant, or Active Stylist, to join our team at Lorna Jane Wetherill Park. This role involves connecting with customers, offering styling expertise, and helping every customer feel her best.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling and service that leaves every customer feeling confident
- Build genuine relationships with customers, using strong product knowledge to guide and upsell
- Contribute to sales performance and help your store hit its KPIs and targets
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards
- Bring energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every shift
Requirements
- Retail experience is a plus
- Flexibility for shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times
