About the Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facilitating clear communication, and assisting with key tasks and projects across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and site visits, including technology, catering, and agendas.
- Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Maintain organized, confidential files and records.
- Support the broader Finance team as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting members of an Executive team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
