About the Role
Join Medibank's growing Primary Care business and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare across Australia. Supporting the Primary Care Leadership Team and Better Medical, you'll combine strategic people partnering with leadership of the Better Medical People team. This role is Maternity Leave cover until January 2028.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver business and people outcomes.
- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals supporting Better Medical's national clinic network.
- Provide expert advice across employee relations, industrial relations, organisational design and change.
- Build leadership capability and support a high-performing culture.
- Drive the transition from operational HR support to strategic people partnering.
- Support business integration and growth initiatives across the Primary Care portfolio.
Requirements
- Experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong track record partnering at senior leadership level.
- Strong employee and industrial relations capability.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
- Experienced leading and developing HR teams.
- Healthcare or multi-site workforce experience is advantageous but not essential.
