About the Role

We are seeking a Promotion Manager or Staff to join our team. This role is crucial for solving critical problems and providing value for the future of our business, ensuring our customers can live their lives with peace of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and support partner agencies, including proposing sales plans and providing sales information.
  • Provide training and sales guidance to partner agencies, such as product and needs-based training.
  • Build trusting relationships with partners and drive business growth through strategic proposals.
  • Handle sales promotion for partner agencies and provide sales support.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher.
  • Sales experience in a financial institution (life insurance company, bank, securities company, insurance agency).
  • Possession of a regular driver's license.
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
  • Willingness to relocate (to be decided in consultation).
  • Ability to accurately grasp and respond swiftly to requests from assigned agencies.
  • Communication skills and proactiveness in responding to agency needs.
