About the Role
As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you will serve as the manager on duty when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are absent. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring adherence to company policies, with the goal of preparing you for a Team Leader position.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the car wash according to standard operating procedures.
- Greet customers warmly and use sales scripts to drive membership sales.
- Safely guide vehicles into the car wash and educate customers on the wash process.
- Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior customer experience.
- Address customer issues, escalating to leadership when necessary, to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with team coaching, ensuring adherence to safety standards and sales scripts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for long periods.
