About the Role
As a digital Growth Partner, you will drive measurable, efficient, and sustainable growth for clients by combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with teams in Performance, Creative, Tech, and Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop growth and performance marketing strategies for clients in collaboration with the project team.
- Translate business goals into channel, campaign, and budget strategies across online marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native, Programmatic).
- Manage cross-channel budgets to ensure efficient contribution to growth objectives.
- Continuously analyze performance data, derive optimization measures, and adapt strategies.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for analysis, research, campaign concepts, reporting, and operational processes.
- Oversee setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
- Establish reporting and controlling processes, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets, timelines, and results.
- Translate client goals into tasks for the Performance team and provide structured briefings.
- Act as a thought leader on performance marketing trends, new tools, and AI-driven workflows.
- Present performance strategies, measures, and results clearly and convincingly in client meetings.
- Ensure clients understand requirements, next steps, and performance levers.
- Identify opportunities, contribute ideas, and develop measures for goal achievement with the project team.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop data-driven creative concepts and campaign ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in agency, e-commerce, B2C, or B2B environments.
- Proficiency in multiple online marketing channels (e.g., Paid Social, Paid Search, Native, Programmatic) with expert-level knowledge in at least one.
- Experience with tracking, reporting, and KPI-based campaign management.
- Data-driven decision-making, combining analytical thinking with pragmatic execution.
- Curiosity for new technologies and ideally experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Active monitoring of performance marketing trends and proactive contribution of new ideas.
- Proactive and independent project management, with the ability to integrate into teams and value collaboration.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured work approach.
- Confident communication in German and English.
