About the Role

Responsibilities

• Learn all necessary skills to be an exceptional host and explore career paths within the Club Lounge.
• Engage in a mix of reception and food & beverage service.
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide personal care to guests, addressing all questions and concerns, with a focus on VIP guests.
• Handle special guest requests and reservations.
• Perform guest experience and concierge tasks.
• Manage the complete guest billing process.
• Ensure perfect communication with all hotel departments.
• Coordinate and ensure consistently smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Currently studying at a hotel school and seeking an internship placement in Rooms.
• Possess very good knowledge of English and German.
• Exhibit a charming, authentic, and warm demeanor with a well-groomed appearance and good communication skills.
• Demonstrate qualities of a consummate host, with natural creativity, passion, and enjoyment in your work.
• Be a team player who values teamwork.
• Ideally, have prior experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
