About the Role
As Head of Special Projects, you will be the right hand to the founding team, acting as a generalist capable of managing diverse tasks. Your responsibilities will span international market launches, establishing internal processes, preparing board packs, and addressing supply chain issues. You will collaborate across all teams to fill operational gaps and develop necessary business functions.

- Confidence to work directly with founders and senior partners.
- Bias to action, high ownership, and ability to remain calm under pressure and ambiguity.
