About the Role
Doodle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting cycle and build the team behind their B2B SaaS platform. This role is crucial for supporting rapid growth and hiring across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle from intake to signed offer, across engineering, product, and commercial.
- Proactively source passive talent and build relationships before roles open.
- Grow and own talent pipelines for recurring roles in engineering, sales, and product.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and quality standards, ensuring a structured and fast process.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor), maintain clean pipelines, and report on key hiring metrics.
- Manage offer negotiations with People Operations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including maintaining the careers page and job postings.
- Nurture talent pools and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Represent Doodle at networking events and meetups.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and structured hiring practices.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting on pipeline and hiring progress.
- Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or agency, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- A strong network within the tech or SaaS industry, particularly in engineering.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI sourcing tools.
- Understanding of how SaaS companies are built and experience recruiting across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruiting environment and manage multiple open roles.
- Direct and honest communication style with fast, clear feedback.
- Fluent English.
- Based in London or Berlin with the right to work there.
- Must be based in and have the right to work in the UK or Germany.
- Cannot sponsor visas or support relocation at this time.
