About the Role
You'll own end-to-end marketing strategy for our national student living brand, Accolade By Greystar, working closely with Leasing to drive occupancy and revenue growth. This role offers high impact and autonomy for someone who thrives on building a marketing function in a fast-growing sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive direct bookings, improve portfolio margin and reduce reliance on third-party channels
- Partner closely with Leasing to align marketing activity with occupancy priorities, pricing strategy and commercial objectives
- Own the ongoing optimisation of the student accommodation websites and digital booking journey to improve conversion
- Lead brand strategy and integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and property marketing
- Develop resident lifecycle and renewal campaigns that support retention and reduce acquisition costs
- Analyse performance data and report insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage external agencies, marketing budget and multiple stakeholders across a fast-paced, evolving portfolio
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and emerging growth opportunities to keep the portfolio ahead
- Balance long-term brand and digital strategy with fast, on-the-ground campaign delivery
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in B2C marketing, with significant experience in property, residential, hospitality, travel or lifestyle industries
- Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) experience strongly preferred; Build-to-Rent, residential or hospitality background also considered
- Proven ability to lead both brand and performance marketing, with accountability for measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong digital marketing, website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation skills
- Agile mindset, energised by a fast-growing industry and comfortable building strategy and supporting growth as the portfolio scales
- Yardi and StarRez experience desirable
