Responsibilities

  • Data entry, management, aggregation, and analysis using Excel and systems.
  • Provide operational support, including report extraction and sales support.
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal events.
  • Handle departmental tasks and facilitate meetings.
  • Engage in various internal tasks and manage projects within the department.
  • Strengthen internal communication through involvement in company events.
  • Leverage individual strengths in work assignments.
  • Create presentations (PowerPoint/Word).
  • Generate various reports and provide operational support.
  • Plan, manage, and review internal events.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and drive projects.
  • Propose business improvements based on skills and interests.
  • Provide team leadership and member support based on aptitude.
  • Expand skills and experience through practical application.
  • Improve data analysis and business improvement skills.
  • Gain experience in event planning, execution, and project management.

Requirements

  • Basic PC skills (Excel: data entry, basic functions; PowerPoint: presentation creation).
  • Business basic skills (reporting, scheduling, teamwork).
  • Possess a certain level of work experience and be able to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Candidates with significant communication challenges cannot be hired for this position.
  • Parking available (company car commute possible for wheelchair users and those using canes, subject to discussion).
  • Fully accessible facilities.
  • Direct contract employee (General Administrative/Professional).
