About the Role

LegalOn is building AI that in-house legal teams can trust. This role is for attorneys who want to contribute directly to how legal AI gets built and ensure its accuracy and legal soundness.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate legal content for AI model training and evaluation.
• Assess AI-generated contract analysis for accuracy, completeness, and legal soundness.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance evaluation frameworks and model performance.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience supporting commercial, corporate, or transactional legal matters.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise legal judgment in ambiguous or novel situations.
• Interest in how AI systems reason about legal language.
