About the Role
Join R+V Versicherung, one of Germany's largest insurers, for a dual study program in Banking Sales. You will work closely with cooperative banks, guiding clients through important decisions regarding insurance, retirement planning, and financial investments.
Responsibilities
- Work within the team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches.
- Study at a cooperative state university in Baden-Württemberg, BA Dresden, or HWR Berlin.
- Learn about our insurance and financial products.
- Experience customer consultations.
- Prepare and follow up on consultations.
- Create offers.
- Support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification (general or subject-specific) with a good math grade.
- Completed vocational training is also a good prerequisite.
- Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics.
- Motivation to learn new things.
- Driver's license at the start of training.
- Open to individuals who have decided in their current studies to pursue a more practice-oriented challenge.

Salary/Compensations
- €1,432 per month in the first year (as of 01.08.2026)
- €1,520 per month in the second year
- €1,648 per month in the third year
- Plus holiday and Christmas bonus equivalent to two monthly salaries
