About the Role

This is an experienced role primarily responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing third-party service providers, handling logistics cost disputes, investigating customer complaints, and project management.

• Resolve shipment fulfillment issues.
• Execute SAP transactions (Goods Issue/Receipt, Delivery Note) and manage EDI interfaces promptly.
• Reconcile third-party warehouse inventory monthly to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Monitor and track real-time status of inbound shipments for visibility and proactive exception handling.
• Oversee import declarations for compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate inland transportation (drayage) for on-time delivery from port to warehouse/depot.
• Update SAP with ETA and ensure data integrity between physical flow and system records.
• Maximize import trucking resource utilization and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Drive cross-functional process alignment projects.
• Verify logistics costs, dispute with third-party providers, post into SAP, and submit tax invoices.
• Arrange urgent payments for overdue items with internal stakeholders.
• Work with parties to resolve Quality Notification (QN) issues promptly, closing 100% of QNs within 30 days.
• Manage third-party service providers to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate to resolve resource constraint issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and SOX Compliance.
• Identify and escalate risks impacting delivery, finances, customer satisfaction, compliance, or safety.
• Lead or support projects and optimize processes through stakeholder partnerships.
• Develop logistics solutions aligned with business strategy or customer requirements.
• Support other business strategy activities.
