About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain their strength and independence. You will focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence through tailored programs. This role involves adapting to patient needs, collaborating with peers, making referrals, and educating patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
  • Must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
