  • Establish and own creative content vision, operating model, governance, processes, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all touchpoints.
  • Serve as the CCTM Content Lead, with ultimate accountability for all CCTM content strategy, development, and delivery across channels and experiences.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creative excellence across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, insight-led content ecosystems, going beyond film to include digital-first, experience-led, and community-driven platforms.
  • Champion innovation in both what content is created and how it is created, leveraging data, technology, and new creative models.
  • Lead internal and agency teams in identifying deep consumer, cultural, and behavioral insights and translating them into compelling creative and communication strategies.
  • Drive the creation of experience- and digital-based ecosystems that collect, enrich, and activate 1PD, enabling long-term consumer relationships.
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to measure creative effectiveness, linking brand impact to behavioral and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead agency briefings and manage senior-level partnerships, building Japan and South Korea’s strongest, most collaborative creative ecosystem.
  • Ensure agencies operate as true extensions of the Creative Contents Community, consistently raising the creative bar and inspiring the broader System.
  • Collaborate with Global teams to adapt and elevate global platforms through strong JSK insights, delivering locally resonant communication that drives both Brand Love and Brand Value.
  • Lead the development of sustainable, ownable, long-term engagement platforms that drive efficient reach, recruitment, and frequency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., Music, Fashion, Artists, Culture Makers) to embed Coca-Cola deeply and authentically into culture, strengthening leadership and relevance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the next generation of creative leaders within the JSK Creative Team and broader Creative Contents Community (11 Team members).
  • Own performance evaluation, capability building, and career development for the JSK Creative Team.
