About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor, Board Machine to lead and support maintenance operations within a customer site environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of board machine assets while driving safety, team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

- Maintain engineering standards and operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call support and plant maintenance activities as required.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering diploma/ degree or similar.
Skills
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Work towards clear goals and achieve measurable business targets.
