About the Role
Sentral, Australia’s leading school management platform, is seeking a Commercial & Delivery Lead to support commercial outcomes, customer engagement, and delivery excellence. This role serves as the central coordination point for tenders, contracts, governance, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery, requiring a highly organized professional to manage multiple priorities and ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end RFPs, tenders, and contract workflows, ensuring timely and high-standard submissions and approvals.
- Act as the key coordination point between customers, leadership, and internal teams to drive commercial and delivery outcomes.
- Manage governance activities, including meeting cadences, agendas, actions, risks, and executive reporting.
- Maintain program documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking for visibility, accountability, and progress.
- Support the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team with strategic communications, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, contract management, and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial operations, program delivery, PMO, executive support, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience supporting tenders, contracts, governance processes, or customer-facing delivery programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and external customers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
- A proactive, highly organised, and professional approach, with strong discretion and a focus on continuous improvement.
