About the Role

CAMH is seeking a Clinical Director, Work Oriented Clinical Programs to provide leadership to managers, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to advance the program's vision, ensure high-quality patient care, health science education, research integration, and cost-effective resource management. The Director will also explore new opportunities with finance and business development teams.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership to managers, health care professionals, and administrative staff.
Collaborate with the CAMH Medical Lead in a dyad model to advance program work with partners.
Work with all stakeholders in the development and articulation of a future-oriented vision for the program.
Effectively direct the activities of all component units of the program to achieve the stated vision.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, health science education, and research integration.
Ensure the cost-effective management of all financial, clinical, and human resources within the program.
Participate in various forums and committees at CAMH.
Work closely with colleagues in finance and business development to explore new opportunities for the program.

Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Care.
Work closely with the CAMH Medical Lead in a dyad model.
