About the Role

CAMH is seeking a Clinical Director, Work Oriented Clinical Programs to provide leadership to managers, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to advance the program's vision, ensure high-quality patient care, health science education, research integration, and cost-effective resource management. The Director will also explore new opportunities with finance and business development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to managers, health care professionals, and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with the CAMH Medical Lead in a dyad model to advance program work with partners.
  • Work with all stakeholders in the development and articulation of a future-oriented vision for the program.
  • Effectively direct the activities of all component units of the program to achieve the stated vision.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, health science education, and research integration.
  • Ensure the cost-effective management of all financial, clinical, and human resources within the program.
  • Participate in various forums and committees at CAMH.
  • Work closely with colleagues in finance and business development to explore new opportunities for the program.

Requirements

  • Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Care.
  • Work closely with the CAMH Medical Lead in a dyad model.
