About the Role
Provide security consultancy, integration, and implementation services for Check Point's High-End products to large customers. This role involves technical account management, product training, and developing technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver PS engagements in accordance with Check Point Professional Services standards
- Provide security consultancy to large customers
- Provide integration and implementation services of Check Point’s High-End products in complex networking environments
- Provide Technical Account Management duties with key accounts
- Provide product training and workshops to customers
- Develop Methods of Procedures (MOP) and Low-Level designs (LLD) to meet customers’ criteria
- Develop test plans and test new features and products before deploying them in production
- Trouble-shoot Check Point products
- Work in collaboration with sales, R&D, TAC and other Check Point teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act in the best interest of the company
Requirements
- 5 - 13 years of experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products
- Experience with several different operating systems: Linux, and Unix- based
- Extensive troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Check Point products
- Strong TCP/IP understanding and knowledge of debugging Check Point products
- Customer oriented and post-sales experience with direct face to face service
- Native Japanese level and fluent in English
