About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Macarthur store. This is a full time position at 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
  • Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
  • Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
  • Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
  • Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running

Requirements

  • This role may involve extended time on your feet and supporting stock handling as part of daily store activities.
