About the Role

This role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
• Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.

Requirements

• Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous).
• A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
• An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry.
• Thrive on team work and collaboration.
• Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
• Impeccable personal presentation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
