Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related enquiries.
- Log, track, and manage customer interactions and cases using internal CRM systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction goals with a solutions-driven approach and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to company guidelines, service level agreements, and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or legal authorization to work and reside in Greece.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related support role is advantageous.
