About the Role

You are the commercial architect of our physical supply chain, balancing long-lead GPU deployments with customer demand through flawless yield management. You will build mathematical models for compute power allocation, focusing on physical hardware constraints, capacity allocation frameworks, and maximizing monetization while protecting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage core capacity allocation frameworks, balancing volatile spot instances with long-term customer commits.
• Forecast cluster availability with Nscale Engineering and Supply Chain, translating physical deployment dates into sellable inventory.
• Build dynamic financial models to track megawatt utilization, identify under-utilized compute pools, and incentivize sales for specific capacity.
• Act as the arbiter of capacity allocation during high demand, prioritizing deployments based on strategic value and margin using data and EQ.
• Build models for hardware depreciation cycles to maximize ROI over the GPU cluster lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain finance, or cloud operations at a hyperscaler, heavy-infrastructure tech firm, or logistics-heavy enterprise.
• Exceptional analytical rigor and advanced data modeling mastery, comfortable with datasets on power costs, hardware depreciation, and network utilization.
• High agency and ability to independently solve complex yield management problems under ambiguity.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, push back on sales when capacity is unavailable, and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Deep understanding of the macro AI compute market and the impact of utilization rates on corporate valuation and cash flow.
