About the Role

DBRS Morningstar is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to provide global support for regional demand generation teams. This role focuses on identifying and delivering new projects to enhance business development team efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of B2B marketing automation, CRM, and sales outreach platforms, and can configure software tools to manage data for marketing campaigns. Financial services industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity by administering Salesforce data reviews, running bulk data ingestion, and executing bulk edits.
  • Implement and maintain data validation rules and workflows within Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the configuration of objects and fields in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Administer marketing automation tools and contact data, including cleansing and segmenting databases for direct marketing strategies.
  • Support regional marketing teams with outbound marketing campaign execution.
  • Analyze past direct marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Manage projects efficiently, working with business development teams to identify opportunities for increased productivity.
  • Lead projects and manage/prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Engage stakeholders across departments to coordinate data flows across systems.
  • Maintain and develop reports to communicate business benefits of ongoing and future projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Interest in and basic understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with a desire to analyze data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
