About the Role

Partner closely with senior leaders across Corporate Services to design and deliver strategic people plans aligned to enterprise priorities, enabling strong business outcomes and an exceptional employee experience. Act as a trusted advisor, providing commercial and strategic HR counsel, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving key transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in complexity, influences at the executive level, and is passionate about building capability, culture, and performance at scale.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional people strategies aligned to organisational priorities
Deliver and embed enterprise-wide People & Culture initiatives and transformation programs
Provide strategic, commercial HR advice and coaching to drive performance, capability and engagement
Influence workforce planning, talent strategies and capability uplift for future readiness
Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and shape the employee experience
Identify and lead key people initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness
Support and coach HR peers, contributing to uplift across the broader HR function

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in HR or people leadership within complex organisations
Proven success partnering with senior leaders to deliver business outcomes
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into practical action
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in dynamic environments
Strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
