About the Role
The Client Relationship Consultant will support Client Relationship Managers in managing significant client portfolios within the Clients & Sectors team. This role involves executing growth strategies, coordinating internal operations, and fostering innovative partnerships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement growth strategies for a portfolio of clients
- Maintain account plans, trackers, and progress updates
- Monitor client objectives and maintain accurate records of activity
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the client team
- Facilitate communication and manage follow-up actions with partners and lawyers
- Support the development of high-quality bids and client-facing materials
- Compile information for client reporting requirements
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to deliver client-facing initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment in a client-facing or business development support capacity
- Demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships with business services colleagues
- Confidence in engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting or coordinating tenders, bids, or pitches
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to opportunity identification, pitching, and pricing
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Innovative mindset with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
