About the Role

The Client Relationship Consultant will support Client Relationship Managers in managing significant client portfolios within the Clients & Sectors team. This role involves executing growth strategies, coordinating internal operations, and fostering innovative partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement growth strategies for a portfolio of clients
  • Maintain account plans, trackers, and progress updates
  • Monitor client objectives and maintain accurate records of activity
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the client team
  • Facilitate communication and manage follow-up actions with partners and lawyers
  • Support the development of high-quality bids and client-facing materials
  • Compile information for client reporting requirements
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to deliver client-facing initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment in a client-facing or business development support capacity
  • Demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships with business services colleagues
  • Confidence in engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or coordinating tenders, bids, or pitches
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to opportunity identification, pitching, and pricing
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Innovative mindset with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
