About the Role

The Solution Architect will define and deliver business-aligned technical solutions for the Domestic Retail & Digital technology team, focusing on digital channels. This role involves overseeing solutions from conception to delivery oversight.

• Overseeing delivery of technical solutions

Requirements

• Experience designing solutions for web and/or mobile applications
• Experience with digital channels solution architecture (customer-facing platforms, digital journeys, online/app experiences)
• Experience with API-led integration for digital products (REST, API gateways, identity/auth)
• Experience with cloud architecture in a digital product context (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
• Experience with large-scale enterprise delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills (top-to-bottom)
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Health, insurance, banking or similarly regulated industry background preferred
