About the Role

Cotality is seeking a commercially minded, highly collaborative marketing professional to deliver strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate business growth. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and is a strategic yet hands-on role. The Senior Professional, Strategic Marketing will lead the development of enterprise pitches and executive-level presentations from a marketing perspective, partner with Sales and Product on strategic commercial opportunities, coordinate annual marketing planning and budgeting, and deliver high-impact cross-functional initiatives that support Cotality’s strategic priorities. This role combines commercial storytelling, strategic thinking and execution excellence, helping position Cotality for growth while improving the effectiveness of the Marketing & Communications function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic enterprise pitches, proposals and executive-level client presentations that support new business, renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Segment Marketing and Client Success teams to develop compelling commercial narratives and value propositions for priority opportunities.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic communications for customer engagements, leadership meetings and commercial initiatives.
  • Support major strategic opportunities by translating complex business challenges into clear, customer-focused solutions.
  • Coordinate the annual Marketing & Communications planning process in partnership with the Senior Director, ensuring priorities align with business objectives.
  • Support the development, management and tracking of the Marketing & Communications budget and investment priorities.
  • Develop executive reporting, monthly business reviews and strategic updates for senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Drive projects that improve commercial outcomes, marketing capability and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years’ experience in strategic marketing, commercial marketing, enterprise pitch management, business development, commercial strategy or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise pitches, executive presentations and commercial storytelling for complex B2B organisations.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and senior stakeholders to support strategic growth opportunities.
  • Experience coordinating strategic planning, annual marketing planning, budgeting or cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation development skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into compelling customer propositions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work with senior executives across multiple functions.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience within data, analytics, SaaS, fintech, banking, property technology or information services industries.
  • Experience supporting product commercialisation and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience leading strategic planning, business transformation or commercial initiatives within a matrix organisation.
