About the Role
This role involves supporting portfolio companies by improving operational efficiencies, sales & marketing workflows, and financial management. You will gain exposure to senior leadership and have opportunities for rapid growth within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Find and connect with interesting companies, and their CEOs that fit within our target profile
- Build financial models, researching industry dynamics, and writing investment memorandums for potential investment opportunities
- Analyze companies during deal-making the due diligence process, by developing a deep understanding of their customers, sales process, lead generation, churn, product positioning, competition, team, and market
- Assist in managing the deal making process, including working with lawyers, accountants, and consultants
- Work with the Board of portfolio companies' post-transaction to improve operational efficiencies, sales & marketing workflows, and financial management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of buyside investment experience
- Ideally have experience in buyouts of B2B enterprise software or business service businesses
- Strong financial modeling and due diligence acumen across multiple transaction types
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail
- Strong project management, organizational, process management, and communication skills
- Excel in building strong relationships
