About the Role

Join a team dedicated to supporting the warfighter and furthering program success. This role involves managing requests for quotes, negotiating purchase orders, overseeing orders to completion, and building supplier relationships. You will contribute to innovation and foster open communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute a mixed portfolio of subcontracts and procurements.
  • Manage subcontract performance, ensuring compliance with public law, company policies, and import/export regulations.
  • Identify strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and manage risk through negotiation.
  • Establish mutually successful business arrangements by understanding buyer and seller roles.
  • Specify solicitations and bid packages.
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate prices/terms.
  • Develop and administer contractual documentation and post-awards.
  • Leverage skills and talents throughout the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Subcontracts, Contracts, Proposal Price/Cost analysis, Procurement, Program Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, and/or Strategic Sourcing.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • US Citizenship required.
